Position Overview

• Job Title: Accounts Payable
  
• Location: Wichita, KS
  
• Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6 Months)
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
  
• Pay Rate: $33.58 per hour
  

In this role, you’ll support critical financial operations—ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and efficiently to keep business operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As part of the accounting team, you will:

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoices and disbursements
  
• Support financial operations across cost analysis, payroll, and transaction processing
  
• Review financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  
• Perform basic reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
  
• Collaborate with employees, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  
• Maintain accurate financial records within SAP and other financial systems
  
• Assist in managing high-volume transaction workflows within a manufacturing environment
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• 4+ years of related accounts payable or accounting experience
  
• Strong experience with SAP financial systems
  
• Background working in a large manufacturing environment
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines efficiently
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting support
  
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving payment discrepancies
  
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
