Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Serves as primary point of contact for parts support, order validation, and supply issue resolution.

Analyzes delivery schedules and requirements to support mission readiness.

Coordinates with program asset managers and suppliers to resolve shortages and discrepancies.

Prepares and delivers reports on supply performance and metrics.

Investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies with customer and program leadership.

Supports shipping and receiving activities and associated documentation.

Tracks and follows up on inbound and outbound shipments.

Supports warehouse operations including forklift operations.

Applies knowledge of USAF supply systems (FMxC2, ILS-S, DIFM processes) and product deficiency reporting.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.

Experience using logistics systems, inventory databases, or supply support systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience supporting customer-facing or operational environments.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Demonstrated ownership in identifying issues and driving them to resolution.

Ability to work with changing priorities and incomplete information.

Preferred: Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD logistics operations and familiarity with USAF supply systems (FMxC2, ILS-S, DIFM processes).
