Your leadership will influence strategic decision-making, optimize business processes, and help deliver innovative solutions that support one of the most advanced industries in the world. 

Your Impact 

As a Senior Business Technology Project Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and change agent, leading cross-functional teams through complex technology initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. 

You'll help define future-state application architectures, oversee project execution, and provide thought leadership that enables meaningful business transformation. 

What You'll Do 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Project Leadership 

• Plan, manage, and execute business technology projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. 

• Define project objectives, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, risks, and success metrics. 

• Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project schedules and execution plans. 

• Lead project governance activities, status reporting, and executive presentations. 

Business & Technology Transformation 

• Define future-state application architectures and identify gaps between current and desired environments. 

• Develop transition strategies and implementation roadmaps to achieve business and technology objectives. 

• Provide strategic recommendations to business leaders regarding process improvements and technology solutions. 

• Support transformational business initiatives by leveraging industry-leading processes and emerging technologies. 

Project Delivery & Execution 

• Manage project scope, change requests, quality reviews, and implementation activities. 

• Coordinate cutover planning and deployment activities for new and existing technology solutions. 

• Identify project dependencies, critical path activities, risks, and mitigation strategies. 

• Ensure compliance with established Business Technology processes, standards, policies, and procedures. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Lead and facilitate meetings with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership. 

• Delegate project responsibilities and provide direction based on team members' experience and accountability. 

• Participate in design reviews and solution planning sessions. 

• Assist in developing and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with business expectations and project objectives. 

Leadership & Governance 

• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and professional development initiatives. 

• Drive effective communication with executive leadership and key stakeholders. 

• Foster collaboration across business and technical teams to achieve successful project outcomes. 

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology, project management, or related business disciplines. 

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technology projects and cross-functional teams. 

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. 

• Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and project governance. 

• Proven ability to manage risk, issue resolution, change management, and requirements gathering. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. 

• Ability to influence decision-making and effectively communicate with senior business leaders. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Master's Degree (may offset one year of required experience). 

• PhD (may offset two years of required experience). 

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Manager (CPM), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Scrum Master, or similar certification. 

• Experience leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives. 

• Aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or highly regulated industry experience. 

• Experience defining application architecture roadmaps and business process transformation strategies.
