PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to bring on a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative. About the Role



As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers worldwide—delivering timely solutions, strengthening partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This 12-month full-time consultant position offers the chance to work in a hybrid environment while building valuable experience in a highly respected industry.



Location: Cedar Rapids, IA (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite/week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $27.51/hour





What You'll Do



In this entry-level sales role, you’ll combine customer service excellence with strategic sales execution:




  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests for quotes via email, phone, and inventory portals
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to understand market pricing trends and maximize sales opportunities
  • Work toward achieving sales targets and capture rate goals
  • Review and validate customer purchase orders against standard and negotiated terms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships by interacting with customers before and after the sale
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $27.51 per hour
