Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Procurement Agent 3's for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.
100% on site On-Call weekends
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): -Regular and predictable attendance is required. -Accredited Bachelor's degree or equivalent. -2+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or general Business Operations. -Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements. Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management. Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment - OJT or formal classroom training.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): -4+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes. -Accredited Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree. -5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products. -3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry. -Ability to multi-tasking (i.e., handling daily work, urgent emerging issues, and phone call requests, etc.). -Experience with project/program management.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
WORK HOURS: First Shift 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
ADDITIONAL: The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by client. Potential for some domestic travel.
