About the Role

As a Material Handler, you will support key manufacturing operations by handling, moving, assembling, and transporting materials essential to aviation production. Your work ensures efficiency, safety, and quality across the supply chain—making a direct impact on delivering high-performance aviation components.

• Location: Medley, FL 33178

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

• Overtime: Saturdays, 6:00 AM–11:00 AM

• Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 months)

• Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

What You’ll Do

• Handle and transport manufacturing materials within the facility safely and efficiently

• Support assembly and repair processes as needed

• Load, unload, and organize materials and inventory

• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet deadlines

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and productivity

• Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR
  4 years of relevant experience in the absence of a diploma/GED

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials

• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a team environment

• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols consistently

• Fluent Spanish language skills (required)

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling environments

• Familiarity with basic assembly or repair processes

• Previous experience in aviation or industrial settings
