About the Role

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be the face of the store—delivering outstanding service, supporting daily operations, and ensuring every interaction reflects excellence. Your role is key to creating a welcoming environment while driving sales and maintaining operational efficiency in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Location: Everett, WA
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  
• Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 months)
  
• Pay Rate Starting at : $21.35/hour
  
• Requirement: Regular and predictable attendance is essential
  

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every visitor enjoys a positive shopping experience
  
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
  
• Manage daily cash control procedures and sales transactions
  
• Receive, process, and organize inbound and outbound shipments
  
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
  
• Facilitate customer orders, merchandise transfers, and special requests
  
• Support merchandising efforts including floor sets and display maintenance
  
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure merchandise is properly stored
  
• Prepare for and assist with annual inventory counts
  
• Open and close the store following established procedures
  
• Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries via email and other channels
  
• Identify and report safety, maintenance, and housekeeping issues
  
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a professional retail environment
  
• Support team goals by contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  
• Typically 4+ years of retail, customer service, or related experience
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
• Proficiency in common business tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to outstanding customer service
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on retail sales or customer service experience
  
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and POS systems
  
• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to take initiative
  
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
