PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aviation innovator to find a forward-thinking Enterprise AI Governance Specialist who will help define how AI is responsibly built, adopted, and scaled across the enterprise. About the Role

As an Enterprise AI Governance Specialist, you’ll be at the center of shaping responsible AI practices, enabling enterprise-wide adoption, and building the frameworks that ensure AI delivers value safely and effectively. Your work will directly impact how AI is understood, governed, and embraced across the organization—driving transformation at scale.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  
• Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 months)
  
• Pay Rate: $133.45/hour
  

What You’ll Do

Responsible AI & Governance

• Develop clear, accessible Responsible AI guidance by synthesizing industry trends and creating user-friendly documentation
  
• Build governance visibility through dashboards (e.g., OneTrust), persona-based reporting, and proactive data-quality checks
  
• Standardize governance processes for AI assessment, review, and compliance across the enterprise
  

AI Adoption & Scaling

• Design and operationalize a scalable AI adoption framework with defined maturity milestones and success metrics
  
• Support adoption events and change initiatives that help teams confidently use AI solutions
  
• Continuously evaluate and refine adoption strategies to ensure alignment and consistency across business units
  

AI Education & Enablement

• Create structured learning paths tailored to different roles to drive AI literacy organization-wide
  
• Develop high-quality enablement materials such as “how-to” guides, standards, and self-service resources
  
• Ensure consistency and quality across all AI education and training experiences
  

Change Management & Communications

• Build and execute transformation roadmaps across governance, education, and communication workstreams
  
• Develop compelling messaging, presentations, and communication packages that articulate the AI journey
  
• Champion a strong “Case for Change” to align stakeholders and foster enterprise-wide support
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI governance and Responsible AI principles
  
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  
• Experience in process documentation, framework, and template development
  
• Proven ability to create executive-level reports and presentations
  
• Analytical mindset with experience in research and data evaluation
  
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  
• Experience supporting change management initiatives
  
• Instructional design or content development experience
  
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with governance tools such as OneTrust or similar platforms
  
• Background in enterprise transformation, digital adoption, or AI program management
  
• Familiarity with aviation, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries
  
• Experience scaling AI initiatives across large organizations
