Role Summary & Impact
As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring production efficiency and operational excellence across aircraft modification and maintenance programs. You’ll proactively identify constraints, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive solutions that keep manufacturing schedules on track—directly contributing to the success of one of the most high-profile aviation programs in the world.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
Identify, track, and resolve daily manufacturing constraints with urgency and initiative
Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams
Research part availability, engineering data, and technical details to drive issue resolution
Analyze future schedules to proactively detect risks and constraints
Participate in and lead Tier and line-by-line review meetings, delivering clear status updates
Utilize Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) to manage and monitor constraints
Assist in developing and improving site processes and standard procedures
Create and present project updates and proposals to leadership and shop floor teams
Support mechanics in interpreting specifications and drawings (DWGs)
Coordinate procurement or modification of tools needed for production
Mentor and guide less experienced team members in processes and best practices
Support root cause investigations and closure of quality corrective actions (IQDS)
Promote a culture of communication, accountability, and collaboration
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of experience in:
Problem solving and process improvement
Aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, or modification
Accessing and interpreting technical aircraft data systems
Ability to work any shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd; potential 4x10 schedule)
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel data manipulation, PowerPoint creation)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and commitment to onsite work
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with systems such as GOLD, I-GOLD, Vipers, NCM, SAT
Current or prior U.S. Security Clearance (Secret or higher preferred)
Ability to obtain Yankee White Clearance
Leadership or project management experience
Previous experience in a Line Side Control Center
Background in depot-level or modification maintenance

Pay Details: $34.84 per hour
