Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Assists in development and maintenance of components of Program Integrated Master Schedule including proposal schedule development.
Reviews and supports Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
Advises Program Management team on contractual impacts and critical events affecting delivery or cost.
Ensures communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Applies Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis.
Develops and refines knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
Prepares status reports, metrics, and presentations.
Interacts with program functional organizations including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.
Provides risk and opportunity analysis input.
Uses Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool and Milestones Professional software.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Experience with Critical Path Methodology.
Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool and Milestones Professional software.
Experience with Microsoft Project.
Experience in schedule control processes, complex proposal development, internal and external audits, and project management integration.
Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.
Experience creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) including proposal development schedules.
Cradle to grave project schedule creation experience (created new schedule from Statement of Work to completion).
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
Experience working independently across technical teams developing basic understanding of technical product.
