Summary:

Assists in development and maintenance of Program Integrated Master Schedule components including proposal schedule development.

Reviews and supports Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.

Advises Program Management team on contractual impacts and critical events affecting delivery or cost.

Ensures communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Applies Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis.

Develops and refines knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).

Prepares status reports, metrics, and presentations for leadership, customers, or stakeholders.

Interacts with program functional organizations including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.

Provides risk and opportunity analysis input.

Uses Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool and Milestones Professional software.

Requirements:

Active Top Secret Security Clearance Required to Start.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

5+ years of experience with cost and schedule integration.

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.

Experience delivering presentations to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders.

Experience with Critical Path Methodology.

Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.

Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool and Milestones Professional software.

Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management) and IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).
