As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of aircraft parts and services that keep the aviation industry in motion. From managing customer orders to resolving complex delivery issues, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational performance, and supply chain success.

  • Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (7 months)
  • Location: Chandler, AZ
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: Starting at $15.80/hour




What You’ll Do




  • Review and process customer purchase orders using Cardex (ERP) and internal portals
  • Analyze order requirements and resolve delivery and fulfillment issues efficiently
  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales, quality, and accounting teams to ensure timely order completion
  • Prioritize orders based on urgency and shipping deadlines
  • Conduct research within ERP systems to troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies
  • Monitor and expedite high-priority and complex orders
  • Manage customer claims and returns (RMA process), including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Support accounts receivable and cash collection processes
  • Maintain pipeline health and collaborate with internal teams on demand planning and forecasting
  • Build strong relationships with customers while developing a deep understanding of their business needs
  • Create and track performance metrics to improve service delivery




Required Qualifications




  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Support and/or Program Management
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data analysis and reporting)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               

     




Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience in aerospace or aviation industry, especially hardware sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid numeric reasoning and analytical abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels

Pay Details: $15.80 per hour
