Business Process Analyst
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global aviation leader to find a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst who’s ready to shape enterprise technology, streamline critical processes, and drive meaningful impact across large-scale systems.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role supporting enterprise-wide systems and technology initiatives across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) ecosystems. You’ll bridge business and IT, improve system performance, and create smarter, faster, and more efficient processes that empower teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-month assignment)
Location: Hybrid (Plano, TX, Hazelwood/St. Louis, MO, Huntsville, AL, Seattle/Everett/Renton, WA, Arlington, VA, San Antonio, TX)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $56.00 - $73.00/hour
Partner Organization: Leading global aviation company
Lead systems onboarding, backend administration, and compliance support
Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring smooth issue resolution
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-ups
Monitor systems for data integrity, stability, and cleanup opportunities
Support SAP updates, validation, and coordination efforts
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and apply structured process methodologies
Assist with testing (SIT/UAT), defect tracking, and Test COE support
Drive process improvement initiatives, Lean efforts, and automation opportunities
Develop documentation, reporting, and visibility tools for stakeholders
Support audits, governance processes, and evolving data management standards
Experience managing Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes in an SAP S/4 environment
Strong systems administration experience (access control, licensing, compliance)
Proven experience in IT troubleshooting, triage, and root cause analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, data manipulation)
Experience with enterprise tools such as:
SAP Ariba, SAP S/4
Cognos, Procore, AutoCAD, or Revit
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of related experience
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
3+ years’ experience as a Systems Administrator
Experience in software testing (SIT/UAT)
Demonstrated success working across multiple organizational levels
Strong background in process improvement, Lean methodologies, or automation
