PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aviation industry to find a talented Estimating & Pricing Specialist in Renton, WA. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping program success—from early design to aftermarket support—by building accurate, data-driven estimates and pricing strategies that power major aerospace initiatives.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of a collaborative pricing and estimating team, you will bridge technical and business insights to deliver high-quality financial analyses and proposals. Your day-to-day will include:

• Developing, preparing, and validating cost estimates and pricing models across the full program lifecycle
  
• Reviewing and interpreting Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and building compelling price proposals
  
• Conducting financial, competitive, and risk analyses to support pricing decisions
  
• Creating and maintaining structured pricing systems and program databases
  
• Developing estimating methodologies, rates, and cost factors
  
• Supporting business case development and strategic recommendations
  
• Ensuring compliance through policy development, system/tool deployment, and training support
  
• Partnering cross-functionally to support both pricing and estimating teams with data-driven insights
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  
• 3+ years of related experience in estimating, pricing, or financial analysis
  
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to translate technical requirements into accurate financial models
  
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
  
   
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering environments
  
• Familiarity with pricing compliance and proposal development
  
• Experience working with structured data systems or financial modeling tools
  
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
