Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Performs installations analysis within the propulsion engineering team.
Supports development, qualification, and certification of 767, 777, and VC-25B programs in fire safety, component cooling, fuel heating, oil cooling, and engine starting.
Leads requirements definition, validation, and verification activities for FAA and EASA airworthiness certification.
Generates certification data to support certification requirements.
Serves as SME and peer reviewer for technical materials, documents, and presentations produced by Installations Analysis team.
Drafts, reviews, and approves test plans for component and engine or airplane-level testing to demonstrate compliance.
Coordinates with engine companies including GE, Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney, and other stakeholders.
Owns milestone tracking and schedule development.
Provides project status reports and updates to IPT leadership.
Applies experience with DAE for technical analysis.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
Experience leading complex projects in engineering or program development.
Experience with development programs.
Experience with installations analysis for propulsion systems.
Experience with FAA or EASA certification processes.
Experience coordinating with engine companies (GE, Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney).
Experience drafting, reviewing, and approving test plans for component or system-level testing.
Experience with milestone tracking and schedule development.
Preferred: DAE experience.
Ability to provide project status reports and updates to leadership.
