PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aviation organization to find a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments. Your Role & Impact

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time. Supporting site operations in Oklahoma City, you will help maintain seamless coordination across teams, resolve supply challenges, and contribute to efficient, uninterrupted production in a high-performance aviation environment.

Location & Schedule

• Location: Oklahoma City, OK 

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift

  • Start: 7:00–7:30 AM

  • End: 3:00–3:30 PM

• Job Type: Full-time Consultant (12-month contract)

• Pay Rate: Starting at $32 to $38 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate material flow to support operational and production needs

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and ensure stock availability

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues

• Track and communicate order status, shortages, and delivery timelines

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and communication

• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays

• Ensure alignment with site requirements, timelines, and operational priorities

• Support day-to-day logistics coordination and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of supply chain experience

• 3+ years of warehouse inventory experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting aerospace or manufacturing environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics processes

• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
