About the Role



As a Structural Analysis Engineer, you will apply advanced engineering principles to evaluate and ensure the structural integrity of aerospace systems. Your expertise will directly support design, manufacturing, and in-service performance—helping deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality aircraft solutions.



Location: Wichita, KS

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Must be able to work any shift as needed)

Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 months)

Pay Rate: $89.28 per hour





What You’ll Do



In this highly technical role, you will contribute across the full product lifecycle:




  • Perform structural analysis using industry methods including finite element modeling (FEM), static and fatigue analysis
  • Evaluate damage tolerance, vibration, and thermal performance of aircraft structures
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and engineering teams to optimize structural solutions
  • Support structural testing and validation efforts
  • Analyze materials and structural behavior to identify risks and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to both development and post-delivery support of aerospace products
  • Document findings and present technical analysis and recommendations




What You Bring



Required Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 5–8 years of experience with BS, 3–6 years with MS, or 0–3 years with PhD in structural analysis or related field
  • Strong understanding of:

    • Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
    • Structural mechanics and materials technology
    • Fatigue and damage tolerance analysis


  • Ability to interpret engineering data and apply analytical methods to solve complex problems
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience in aerospace or aviation engineering environments
  • Familiarity with structural testing and certification processes
  • Knowledge of industry tools and software used in structural analysis
  • Experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams

Pay Details: $89.28 per hour
