About the Role



As a Structural Analysis Engineer, you will apply advanced engineering and physical science principles to develop and evaluate aircraft structures for performance, safety, and compliance. Your work will directly influence how flight systems are designed, manufactured, and delivered—ensuring structural integrity in one of the world’s most demanding industries.



Location: Wichita, KS

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Flexibility to work any shift as needed)

Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 months)

Pay Rate: $89.28 per hour





What You’ll Do



You’ll be at the heart of aircraft structural design and analysis, collaborating across engineering disciplines:




  • Develop, analyze, and validate flight vehicle structural designs
  • Apply expertise in materials, structural behavior, and physical sciences
  • Evaluate structures for performance, functional adequacy, cost efficiency, and manufacturability
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Support the design of primary and secondary structures, nacelles, and payload systems
  • Utilize advanced tools such as CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX)
  • Work with both metallic and composite materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, manufacturing, and integration
  • Document and present engineering findings, recommendations, and technical solutions




What You Bring



Required Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience with BS, 3–6 years with MS, or 0–3 years with PhD
  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Structural analysis and design principles
    • Metallic and composite materials
    • CAD tools such as CATIA V5 and 3DX


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment


Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience in aerospace or aviation structural design
  • Familiarity with nacelle structures and payload integration
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and structural optimization
  • Experience working across cross-functional engineering teams

Pay Details: $89.28 per hour
