About the Role

In this role, you’ll support critical customer and sales operations by managing orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring on-time delivery of essential aviation parts and services. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the success of supply chain and sales efforts.

Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: Full-Time Consultant (6 months)

Pay Rate starting at : $14.82  per hour

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key contributor to day-to-day operations, helping ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment:

• Enter and manage customer orders, quotes, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
  
• Review customer purchase orders to determine requirements and ensure compliance
  
• Collaborate with sales teams to track active orders and ensure on-time delivery (OTD)
  
• Monitor customer order books and follow up on outstanding actions
  
• Respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts and order status
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery or order issues
  
• Proofread documents for accuracy in part numbers and order details
  
• Maintain organized recordkeeping systems and process incoming mail and communications
  
• Handle inbound calls professionally while delivering excellent customer service
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in customer service or clerical support
  
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  
• Experience with data entry and managing high volumes of orders
  
• Solid understanding of office procedures and clerical practices
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience
  
• Associate degree in Business Management or related field
  
• Experience working with international trade teams
  
• Background in customer support within logistics, supply chain, or aviation environments
