About the Role

As a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator, you will support essential logistics, materials handling, and supply chain operations that keep aerospace manufacturing running smoothly. Based in Ogden, UT, your work will directly impact production timelines, operational efficiency, and the delivery of groundbreaking aviation systems.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Provide administrative, technical, and operational support across supply chain processes
  
• Receive, store, move, and ship materials and equipment accurately and efficiently
  
• Verify quantities, weights, and material conformance against specifications
  
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, records, and bills of lading
  
• Use SAP S/4 and other systems to manage goods issuing and receiving transactions
  
• Pull, assemble, and deliver material kits to support production schedules
  
• Operate hand trucks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment as needed
  
• Maintain accurate data in MS 365 applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1+ year of related education or experience
  
• Experience working with MS 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Experience using SAP S/4 for goods issuing and receiving
  
• Strong communication skills when interacting with customers and suppliers
  
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with SAP S/4 transactions
  
• Ability to read and interpret Stores Pick Tickets
  
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
  
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and operations
  
• Forklift or reach lift experience
