Your Impact 

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects that improve operational performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and support critical aerospace programs. You'll serve as a key connector across teams, ensuring projects stay on track, risks are managed, and business objectives are achieved. 

Your leadership will help optimize processes, strengthen collaboration, and deliver solutions that support both organizational success and customer needs. 

What You'll Do 

• Support global kitting and bin management initiatives that enhance supply chain and operational performance. 

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans and schedules for complex business initiatives. 

• Identify project risks and opportunities while creating proactive mitigation and contingency strategies. 

• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and operational excellence. 

• Manage customer requests, proposals, and project deliverables while supporting business case development and cost analysis. 

• Facilitate collaboration across multiple organizations to ensure successful project execution. 

• Monitor project performance, identify challenges early, and drive effective solutions to keep initiatives on schedule. 

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to achieve project objectives. 

• Communicate project updates, business impacts, and complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Drive initiatives that improve customer experience, business profitability, and operational effectiveness. 

Required Qualifications 

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. 

• At least 2 years of project management or program management experience. 

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across complex cross-functional organizations. 

• Experience working within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Operations, or related environments. 

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience utilizing project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms. 

• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience within the aerospace, aviation, or defense industries. 

• Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. 

• Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, or integration initiatives. 

• Familiarity with Lean, Continuous Improvement, or related methodologies. 

• Experience supporting supply chain optimization, inventory management, logistics, or distribution programs. 

• Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive informed business decisions.
