Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for integration and testing of subsystems and systems.
Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions acknowledging technical, schedule and cost constraints.
Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware or software interface problems, defines input or output parameters, and ensures integration of entire system or subsystem.
Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, and develops test programs and procedures for complete systems and subsystems.
Coordinates subsystem and system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and system level evaluation reports verifying and validating system performance.
Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify or validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.
Develops test programs to run on Lockheed Martin LM-STAR, LM-CORE, and eCASS systems.
Supports RF, analog, digital, Electronic Warfare, Electro-Optics, and variety of communication technologies.
Leads development of test programs written in PAWS ATLAS or NI TestStand and LabWindows CVI.
Requirements:
Must have ability to obtain clearance if converted to full time.
Minimum 4-6 years in similar role.
Experience developing test programs for LM-STAR, LM-CORE, and eCASS systems.
Experience with PAWS ATLAS or NI TestStand and LabWindows CVI.
Project and technical leadership experience.
Proven hardware and software integration skills.
Working knowledge of standard electronics lab equipment.
Experience leading a team of Test Program Set (TPS) developers.
Experience collaborating with Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering.
Ability to write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing.
