Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $32.00 – $85.00/hour

Duration: 12-Month Assignment

Schedule: First Shift, Monday–Thursday (4x10 Workweek)

As an Integration and Test Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and validating advanced systems across RF, digital, analog, electronic warfare, electro-optics, and communication platforms—directly supporting real-world aviation and defense missions.





What You’ll Do



In this dynamic role, you’ll combine technical skill and leadership to drive results:




  • Develop Test Program Sets (TPS) for -STAR, -CORE, and eCASS systems
  • Lead and support a team of TPS developers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to integrate complex systems
  • Design and execute test programs using PAWS ATLAS, NI TestStand, or LabWindows CVI
  • Plan, implement, and maintain integration and testing strategies for systems and subsystems
  • Translate customer requirements into efficient, compliant test solutions
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software interface issues and drive resolution
  • Conduct system-level validation and verification testing
  • Analyze test results and produce detailed evaluation and performance reports
  • Perform regression testing and document discrepancies to ensure continuous improvement
  • Utilize standard electronic test equipment in lab environments




What You Bring



Required Qualifications




  • 4–6 years of experience in integration, testing, or related engineering roles
  • Strong background in electronic assembly and electrical testing
  • Experience in software design, development, and testing
  • Hands-on experience with test development and execution
  • Knowledge of systems analysis, requirements development, and integration processes
  • Experience with fault insertion and software/system testing methodologies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams


Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience developing TPS using PAWS ATLAS, NI TestStand, or LabWindows CVI
  • Background in aerospace, defense, or complex electronic systems
  • Prior leadership or project coordination experience

Pay Details: $32.00 to $85.00 per hour
