Pay Rate: $43.00 – $55.00/hour

Duration: 12-Month Assignment (Opportunity for Full-Time Hire)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4x10 Shift)

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will design and optimize production processes for circuit card assemblies (CCA) and modules—helping drive continuous improvement on the production floor and enabling high-performance aviation technology.





What You’ll Do



You’ll play a hands-on, high-impact role bridging design engineering and manufacturing operations:




  • Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for CCA and module assemblies
  • Interpret engineering prints to develop efficient, scalable production workflows
  • Partner with design engineering teams to implement process improvements and manufacturability enhancements
  • Support the production floor by troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Design, procure, and implement tooling and fixtures to support manufacturing operations
  • Incorporate inspection and testing requirements into production plans
  • Evaluate machinery, equipment, and tools to ensure performance and efficiency
  • Investigate defects and initiate corrective actions to maintain product quality
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with regulatory and quality standards
  • Provide guidance on design concepts and specifications to optimize manufacturing methods




What You Bring



Required Qualifications




  • 1–2 years of experience in general assembly manufacturing environments
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (1–2 years)
  • Strong ability in blueprint reading and interpretation
  • Ability to read and write English effectively
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate stairs in a production environment


Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience with cable harness manufacturing
  • Experience writing and documenting manufacturing processes/procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
  • Exposure to aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing environments

Pay Details: $43.00 to $55.00 per hour
