As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll contribute to the design, testing, and certification of advanced systems such as Head-Up Displays, Helmet Mounted Displays, and Vision Systems used in both commercial and military aviation. Your work will directly influence performance, safety, and mission success in the skies.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll focus on digital hardware design and advanced circuit development:
Design high-reliability electronic circuits for aerospace avionics systems
Define and capture hardware requirements using enterprise tools such as Jama
Develop system architecture and conduct design trade studies
Perform detailed circuit design, including schematic generation and circuit analysis
Lead and coordinate circuit card layout efforts
Conduct functional testing and integration of circuit board prototypes
Design and build integration support equipment
Support electrical qualification testing for certification readiness
Partner with manufacturing teams during early production builds
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or
Advanced degree with 3+ years of experience
Strong background in digital hardware design and circuit development
Experience with high-speed data links and complex digital systems
Ability to perform circuit analysis and testing in a regulated engineering environment
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Siemens EDA Xpedition Design and Layout
Expertise in multi-gigabit serial link design
Familiarity with aerospace, avionics, or high-reliability electronic systems

Pay Details: $80.34 per hour
