  • Rinse, blow-dry, hand-wipe, and perform final inspections on precision components

  • Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and “copy-exact” process travelers with zero deviation

  • Inspect assemblies for quality compliance and document any defects or process issues

  • Wear and maintain full cleanroom PPE including gowns, gloves, eye protection, and respirators as required

  • Label, vacuum-seal, and package finished parts according to exact specifications

  • Support production flow through material handling, packaging, inspection, and light data entry

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant cleanroom environment

  • Ensure daily production goals and schedules are met efficiently and safely

  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic

  • Comfortable working in cleanroom environments with strict procedural compliance

  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs with assistance

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

  • Must meet ITAR and FAA compliance requirements
