PAY RATE: $32.00 43.00/hour

Summary:
Designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for CCA and module assemblies.
Interprets engineering prints to design processes.
Works with design engineering to implement production improvements.
Designs, procures, and implements tooling to support manufacturing processes.
May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency.
Investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations and specifications.
Understands circuit card assembly process.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Experience designing manufacturing processes and production layouts for circuit card assemblies and module assemblies.
Ability to interpret engineering prints to design processes.
Experience designing, procuring, and implementing tooling for manufacturing processes.
Ability to incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plan.
Experience inspecting machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency.
Knowledge of initiating corrective action for problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
Knowledge of compliance with regulations and specifications for processes and procedures.
Preferred: Cable harness experience.
Preferred: Electromechanical subassembly experience and process writing.
