Position Overview

Job Title: 360-Degree Photographer

Location: Everett, WA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, On-Call as Needed)

Duration: 12-Month Full-Time Consultant Role

Pay Rate: Starting at $42.34/hour

In this role, you will capture high-resolution panoramic imagery of aerospace products, helping engineering and production teams present complex aircraft components in a clear, immersive, and visually compelling way.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

• Capture high-resolution 360-degree panoramic images of aircraft components, assemblies, and aerospace equipment
  
• Utilize advanced techniques such as HDR and bracketing to ensure balanced exposure and exceptional image quality
  
• Operate specialized equipment, including Nodal Ninja panoramic tripod systems, to eliminate parallax and ensure precise alignment
  
• Apply 3-point location shooting techniques to minimize distortion and optimize image accuracy
  
• Stitch and process images using tools like Adobe Photoshop, PTGui, or Autopano to create seamless, interactive panoramas
  
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align visuals with technical and project goals
  
• Organize, manage, and maintain digital assets and file systems
  
• Continuously improve workflows by staying current with 360° imaging trends and technologies
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in 360-degree photography or panoramic imaging
  
• Strong expertise in HDR photography and bracketing techniques
  
• Experience with panoramic tripod systems (e.g., Nodal Ninja or equivalent)
  
• Knowledge of 3-point shooting techniques to reduce parallax and improve stitching accuracy
  
• Proficiency in photo editing and stitching software (Photoshop, PTGui, Autopano, etc.)
  
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and exposure
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
  
   
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-resolution product or technical photography
  
• Background in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial environments
  
• 6+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and hands-on work
