What You'll Do
Data Engineering & Platform Development
Design, build, and optimize robust HR data pipelines that ingest and process information from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes that transform raw HR data into trusted business assets.
Design and implement data architectures that support AI agent training, deployment, and operational workflows.
Develop, deploy, and monitor intelligent automation and agentic workflows that streamline complex HR processes.
Create and maintain API integrations and design new API endpoints to support business needs.
Automate manual processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets across multiple HR platforms.
Assemble large and complex datasets that support critical business initiatives and reporting requirements.
Analyze HR data trends and identify opportunities to improve organizational performance and decision-making.
Provide business-focused insights and recommendations aligned with enterprise standards.
Continuously evaluate and enhance the HR data ecosystem using industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Data Quality, Governance & Innovation
Ensure data integrity, reliability, security, and governance throughout the data lifecycle.
Participate in pair programming, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to modernize HR data infrastructure through automation, AI, and advanced engineering practices.
Support the development of a highly scalable and high-performance HR data platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Analytics, and business stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Management Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Applied Sciences, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with SQL and Python.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines.
Experience building scalable data architectures and data engineering solutions.
Knowledge of API development, integration, and data exchange processes.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting AI-driven platforms, machine learning data pipelines, or intelligent automation initiatives.
Experience designing architectures that support AI agents and advanced analytics solutions.
Certification such as Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer or similar data engineering credential.
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data ecosystems.
Familiarity with HR, workforce, or people analytics data environments.
Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
Work Environment
Hybrid Schedule: Approximately 60% onsite and 40% remote.
Occasional lifting and carrying of equipment or materials up to 30 lbs.
Minimal travel requirements.
