Your Impact
As a Manufacturing Engineer supporting advanced aircraft programs like the 777 and 777X, you’ll be at the center of production innovation—connecting engineering design with real-world manufacturing. Your work will directly influence aircraft quality, efficiency, and safety while helping drive continuous improvement across the production system.
What You’ll Do
In this highly interactive, production-focused role, you will:
Integrate across engineering disciplines to ensure Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles are embedded in aircraft systems
Implement technical solutions into build plans to improve production safety, stability, and product reliability
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, investigate root causes, and improve quality and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the factory floor to minimize disruptions
Support the integration of mechanical and electrical systems into efficient and repeatable build processes
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless system integration across aircraft structures, interiors, and components
Develop innovative tooling, fixtures, and processes to improve installation efficiency and ergonomics
Engage directly with mechanics and electricians to identify opportunities for process improvements
Apply Lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Work hands-on in a production environment, including standing, walking, climbing, and working in confined spaces as needed
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Willingness and ability to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
Ability to thrive in a hands-on production environment with strong problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline
Experience in an engineering or manufacturing production environment
Familiarity with aircraft systems, assembly processes, or industrial manufacturing
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Pay Details: $39.17 per hour
