JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer

PAY RATE: $32.00 $53.00/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier aerospace and defense client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Shift: Monday Thursday | 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance preferred

Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

Summary:

Support and improve manufacturing processes, production flow, and equipment setup.

Work with printed circuit boards (PCBs) in a manufacturing environment.

Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and help implement corrective actions.

Assist with tooling, testing, inspections, and process improvements.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product quality and efficiency.

Ensure manufacturing processes follow quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance preferred.

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.

2 4 years of manufacturing engineering experience.

Experience working with printed circuit boards (PCBs) required.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and production systems.

Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and process improvement methods.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
