Qualifying Questions:

Position Summary:
Develop inventory equipment lists, conduct inventories, weigh aircraft, determine aircraft center of gravity, and document results.
Prepare Chapter 2 of the Weight and Balance Manual.
Balance flight control surfaces.
Develop standard flight load planning and assist with airplane loading of variable load elements.
Support aircraft inspections to calculate the effects of actual weight and variable load placement on gross weight and center of gravity.
Prepare flight manifests for pilot signatures and flight release.
Weigh and determine centers of gravity for components and assemblies.
Resolve routine issues related to equipment, components, and weighing systems.
Work under general supervision in a team environment.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ years of experience with technical analysis.
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ years of experience in aircraft operations or maintenance.
Associate degree or higher.
Experience with aircraft weight and center of gravity estimation, calculation, verification, and statistical analysis.
Experience with Loadmaster training.
