JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Engineer Level 1
LOCATION: Tulsa, OK
PAY RATE: $37.42/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) as defined under ITAR regulations?

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Assure that investigations on quality issues are conducted according to department procedures and work instructions.

Actively identify and complete process improvement projects related to achieving improved quality or efficiency of quality processes.

Maintain a FOD free environment.

Execute company policies and procedures; develop new procedures as required.

Support operating priorities as identified by quality leadership team.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, aviation sciences, quality systems or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License with 4 years related experience can substitute for degree.

Familiar with Lean/Six Sigma processes.

Ability to learn manufacturing processes (Assembly, Machining, Special Process, Inspection, etc.).

Experience conducting quality investigations and drawing valid conclusions.

ASQ certification (CQE).

FAA recognized airworthiness designee experience.
