PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a Systems Engineering Technical Specialist supporting 737 programs. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of the tools, processes, and systems that enable engineering excellence—ensuring visibility, integration, and data-driven decision-making across complex programs.

What You’ll Do



As a Systems Engineering Technical Specialist, you will:




  • Lead technical integration and ownership of engineering tools, systems, and dashboards
  • Perform trend, variance, and impact analysis to support product development and production decisions
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify constraints and recommend solutions
  • Collect, validate, and analyze engineering performance metrics
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and program stakeholders
  • Drive improvements in business systems, processes, and best practices
  • Provide subject matter expertise and training on tools, processes, and system integration
  • Support configuration control and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements
  • Act as a primary liaison to gather stakeholder requirements and define project objectives
  • Enhance data visibility and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making




What You Bring



Required Qualifications




  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or customer-focused engineering environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with engineering processes, metrics, or systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams


Preferred Qualifications




  • 5+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Background in systems engineering, aerospace, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience with engineering change processes and configuration management
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights

Pay Details: $56.46 per hour
