PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aviation organization to hire a Support Maintenance Analyst for the Quick Engine Change (QEC) team. In this high-impact role, you’ll help ensure the accuracy, availability, and delivery of critical engine configuration kits—playing a vital part in keeping aircraft operational, efficient, and mission-ready.

What You’ll Do



As a Support Maintenance Analyst, you will:




  • Develop and maintain Master Bills of Materials (BOMs) to define QEC kit configurations
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Engine Build Shop, Supplier Management, Finance, and Program teams
  • Support QEC kit delivery and order fulfillment processes
  • Set up and review customer sales orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Review supplier data for compliance with manufacturing requirements
  • Assist in integrating materials, processes, and technologies to meet program needs
  • Maintain and monitor internal documentation and configuration accuracy
  • Partner with procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure part availability
  • Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts




What You Bring



Required Qualifications




  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to support overtime as needed to meet delivery schedules
  • This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               

     


Preferred Qualifications




  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, repair, or maintenance operations
  • Familiarity with aircraft engines or aviation systems
  • Experience with tools such as:

    • REDARS, STEPS, SAP, BRIDGE, WIRS


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Proven problem-solving skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work independently and quickly learn new systems and processes
  • No degree required; equivalent experience is valued

Pay Details: $35.76 per hour
