Chipton-Ross is seeking a Material Engineer for a remote contract opportunity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): •Must have the ability to obtain a government security clearance •corrosion control (galvanics, dissimilar materials, coatings) • flammability control outgassing •fundamentals of metal fabrication (sheets, plates, castings, and forgings) •fundamentals of composite fabrication •A degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or Physics is highly recommended.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: •Accredited HSD/GED
WORK HOURS: •Full-Time 4/10 work schedule •1st Shift
