Pay Rate: $63.82/hour

What You’ll Do



As an MRP Analyst, you will take ownership of planning and execution across critical supply chain operations:



MRP Planning & Execution




  • Manage the full MRP cycle including requirements planning, order generation, and exception resolution
  • Maintain and optimize master data such as BOMs, lead times, safety stock, and reorder points
  • Monitor daily MRP outputs and coordinate with procurement and production teams
  • Conduct root cause analysis on shortages, excess inventory, and disruptions


ERP System Management (SAP)




  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP MRP, inventory, and procurement modules
  • Configure system parameters and execute MRP planning runs
  • Partner with IT teams on system enhancements and improvements
  • Train and mentor team members on SAP best practices


Data Analysis & Reporting




  • Develop advanced Excel models for forecasting, inventory optimization, and KPI tracking
  • Generate reports on inventory performance, service levels, and planning accuracy
  • Analyze trends and recommend improvements to planning strategies




What You Bring



Required Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or materials management

    OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience

    OR 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (MRP, purchasing, inventory modules)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present to diverse stakeholders
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
  • This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               


Preferred Qualifications




  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, macros/VBA)
  • Experience with SAP PP/MM modules
  • Background in high-volume or complex manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting methodologies

Pay Details: $63.82 per hour
