PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global aviation leader to hire a highly skilled Photographer specializing in immersive 360-degree imaging. In this role, your work will bring aerospace innovation to life—capturing intricate aircraft components and systems with stunning accuracy and clarity.

What You’ll Do

As a 360-Degree Photographer, you will:

• Capture high-resolution panoramic images of aircraft components, assemblies, and aerospace equipment
  
• Use HDR and bracketing techniques to achieve balanced exposure and exceptional detail
  
• Operate specialized equipment such as the Nodal Ninja panoramic tripod system to eliminate parallax errorsF
  
• Apply 3-point location shooting methods for precise alignment and distortion-free imagery
  
• Process and stitch images using professional software to create seamless, interactive panoramas
  
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to meet visual and technical requirements
  
• Manage digital assets, including file organization, naming conventions, and backups
  
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in 360° photography and virtual imaging
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in 360-degree or panoramic photography, especially in high-resolution product imaging
  
• Strong expertise in HDR photography and bracketing techniques
  
• Hands-on experience with panoramic tripod systems (e.g., Nodal Ninja or equivalent)
  
• Proficiency with photo editing and stitching tools such as Adobe Photoshop, PTGui, or similar
  
• Deep understanding of lighting, composition, and exposure for technical product photography
  
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain high attention to detail
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
  
   
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience
  
  OR Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience
  
  OR 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  
• Experience working with complex industrial or aerospace products
  
• Familiarity with virtual imaging or interactive media production
