What You’ll Do

As a key contributor within the Flight Controls and Mechanical Hydraulic Systems (FCMH) organization, you will:

• Establish and manage project systems to track performance against weekly commitments
  
• Quickly learn and apply certification processes and industry best practices
  
• Coordinate and facilitate development of certification positions for FAA and EASA submissions
  
• Maintain clear, proactive communication across teams to resolve issues and drive progress
  
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and increase throughput
  
• Analyze and utilize key data sources to support project planning and execution
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance implementation processes and outcomes
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
  
  OR Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience
  
  OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
  
• Proven experience in project management within engineering or aviation-related environments
  
• Strong ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
  
   
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with certification processes (FAA/EASA)
  
• Knowledge of:
  
  
  
  • Requirements validation and verification
    
  • Systems Safety Analysis (FMEA, FHA, Fault Trees)
    
  
  
  
• Familiarity with PMO and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or GitLab
  
• Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and technical environments
