PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a premier leader in the aviation industry to hire an Air Dominance Engineering Technical Specialist in Berkeley, MO. Role Overview

In this high-impact role, you’ll serve as a key technical authority guiding engineering tools, processes, and standards across advanced air dominance programs. Your expertise in data analysis, systems coordination, and engineering compliance will directly support mission-critical initiatives and help drive operational success across teams.

What You’ll Do

As an Engineering Technical Specialist, your day-to-day will include:

• Leading the development, implementation, and compliance of engineering tools, processes, and standards
  
• Gathering and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making
  
• Reviewing and managing Adaptive Planning requirements and inputting PR requests
  
• Maintaining accurate candidate application data tracking systems
  
• Collaborating with staffing teams to review and evaluate engineering resumes
  
• Supporting and coordinating candidate interviews, including scheduling and attendance as needed
  
• Managing interview calendars and ensuring consistent review cadence
  
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and process compliance
  
• Producing documentation, reports, and guidance materials (e.g., tip sheets)
  
• Validating user access roles and supporting configuration and change management efforts
  
• Monitoring and analyzing engineering performance metrics
  
• Representing organizational interests in standards development and adoption
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
  
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations
  
• Experience assessing organizational processes, capabilities, and operational needs
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
  
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
