Leads development, documentation, implementation and consultation of the application of, and compliance with, requirements for the use of engineering tools, processes and standards. Guides training and provides subject matter expertise in the utilization of processes, tools and integration of engineering designs. Ensures regulatory requirements are met. Leads the validation of user access roles and the production of moderately complex tip sheets. Guides configuration management, coordination of changes, assessments of compliance and manages the implementation of product standards across company business units and programs. Represents Company interests on external standards committees and develops, adapts and/or adopts external standards for internal use. Directs the development, maintenance and distribution of engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity. Leads the collection, analysis and validation of engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs. Works under minimal direction.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Air Dominance Engineering Technical Specialist (Associate or Experienced) to join our team in Berkeley, MO.
Position is expected to be 100% onsite at Berkeley, MO.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data extraction and analysis, with proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as experience with pulling reports in Workday and Tableau. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
Position Responsibilities: · Review of Adaptive Planning Needs o Lead and engage with managers and programs to assess and review their Adaptive Planning requirements. o Input planned requisition (PR) requests into the Adaptive Planning system. · Data Entry for Candidate Applications o Input and maintain data in a tracker for candidate applications. · Collaboration with Staffing Focals o Work closely with staffing focal points to review and evaluate resumes. · Interview Support o Ensure that interviews are adequately supported by relevant managers. o Attend and support candidate interview (as required) · Interview Coordination o Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team to set up interviews. o Manage the disposition of candidate’s post-interview. · Calendar Management o Maintain an organized calendar of all scheduled interviews. o Maintain an organized cadence for review of candidate resumes Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): · Bachelor degree or higher · Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) · Familiarity with methods to assess a customer's organization, capabilities, processes, support structure, preferences, challenges, and constraints to deliver targeted product support and resolve technical issues. · Proven skill in synthesizing information, drawing conclusions, and making practical recommendations based on analyzed data.

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
