PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Data Shipping Specialist to support critical logistics and shipping operations for a leading aerospace company. In this role, you’ll help ensure the accurate, efficient movement of materials and data—keeping essential aviation processes running smoothly and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

As part of the shipping and receiving team, your work will directly support operational flow and inventory accuracy:

• Perform initial inspection and verification of incoming and outgoing shipments for identification and damage
  
• Process and maintain shipping and receiving documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Package materials and prepare shipments according to required standards
  
• Assist in managing and maintaining inventory of shipping and receiving supplies
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and handling procedures
  
• Support overall warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed processes and documentation procedures
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment
  
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including wearing steel toe or composite shoes
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
  
• Familiarity with inventory tracking or shipping systems
  
• Basic computer and data entry skills
  
• Strong reliability and ability to work in a team-focused environment
