Tests and Instrumentation Engineer

As a Tests & Instrumentation Engineer, you’ll support the development and operation of instrumentation systems that provide critical measurement data for engineering teams. Your work ensures that testing environments produce accurate, reliable data—fueling informed decisions that impact aircraft performance, safety, and innovation.
Support the build, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation systems
Assist in preparing, installing, and operating instrumentation for engineering test activities
Fabricate and assemble aerospace cables and wiring systems
Perform system checkouts and calibration to ensure accurate data collection
Operate Data Acquisition Systems (DAS) and recording equipment
Follow standard operating procedures and maintenance schedules
Troubleshoot instrumentation issues and collaborate with engineering teams
Maintain equipment to ensure measurement accuracy and data validity
Work closely in a team-oriented environment to support test operations

Duration: 6/22/2026 – 6/11/2027
Pay Rate: $50.00 – $68.00 per hour (based on experience)
Experience supporting instrumentation systems or engineering test environments
Knowledge of cable fabrication and aerospace wiring
Ability to follow standard procedures and maintenance protocols
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Experience with Data Acquisition Systems (DAS)
Background working with engineering test teams
Familiarity with calibration and instrumentation maintenance processes
Military-connected experience encouraged
