JOB TITLE: Aircraft Structures Maintenance Technician
LOCATION: Jacksonville, FL

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Perform structural repairs and modifications on aircraft and flight control components.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
Perform close-tolerance drilling, precision measuring, and composite/metallic repairs.
Install/remove rivets, blind fasteners, hi-locks, bolts, and lock bolts.
Apply primer, paint, Alodine, sealants, and corrosion prevention methods.
Complete maintenance documentation and technical logs.
Requirements:
3+ years of aircraft mechanic experience (commercial, military, defense, or apprenticeship experience accepted).
3+ years reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Ability to perform close-tolerance drilling (.003) and precision measuring (.003).
Experience with metallic and composite aircraft structures.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting fighter or military aircraft maintenance.
Experience with flight controls, structural repairs, and aircraft modifications.
Familiarity with Airworthiness Directives, Technical Directives, and Service Bulletins.
