As a Material Handler, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time—helping keep aircraft programs on track and soaring.

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you’ll support vital supply chain operations by receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing materials that directly contribute to aviation production. Your precision, energy, and attention to detail will help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure seamless logistics—making a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials, verifying quantity and condition
  
• Operate automated carousels and warehouse equipment to manage inventory
  
• Pick, package, and ship parts according to detailed procedures
  
• Perform inventory transactions using barcode scanners and computerized systems
  
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
  
• Load/unload trucks and unpack incoming shipments
  
• Pull and stage materials for internal use
  
• Transport items within and outside the facility as needed
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  

Physical Requirements:

• Constant standing (8+ hours/day)
  
• Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
  

Work Schedule & Pay

• Location: Melbourne, FL 32902
  
• Job Type: Full-Time | 6-Month Contract
  

Available Shifts:

• Early Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Mon–Fri): $17.75/hr
  
• Mid Shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Mon–Fri): $17.75/hr
  
• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Mon–Fri): $18.75/hr
  

Required Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver’s License (REQUIRED)
  
• High School Diploma or GED (verification required)
  
• Strong energy and work ethic
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  
• Basic computer and data entry skills (SAP training provided)
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  
• Basic math skills
  
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
  
   
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
  
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP tools (SAP a plus, not required)
