About the Role

As a Production Coordinator, you will be a key link in the manufacturing process—ensuring materials, parts, and workflows are aligned to keep production on track. Your attention to detail and coordination skills will directly impact efficiency, quality, and delivery timelines in a dynamic aviation environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time Contract (12 Months)
  
• Location: North Charleston, SC
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (Must be available for all shifts)
  
  
  
  • 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
    
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
    
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM (current priority)
    
  
  
  
• Pay Rate Starting at  $23.91 per hour
  

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the movement of materials and parts across storage, production, and staging areas
  
• Monitor work-in-process to ensure schedule adherence and production flow
  
• Update automated systems to track parts availability and production status
  
• Identify and resolve material discrepancies using established procedures
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and expedite production activities
  
• Support inventory control and materials management processes
  
• Operate forklifts and handle materials safely and efficiently
  
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or production experience
  
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
  
• Experience with materials handling, inventory control, or production coordination
  
• Basic computer skills for system updates and reporting
  
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) throughout shifts
  
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including nights
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift
  
• Familiarity with automated inventory or production tracking systems
  
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Customer-focused mindset in a production environment
