As a trusted recruitment partner, you’ll play a critical role in driving workforce growth, supporting business objectives, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while representing a globally recognized aerospace brand and its values.
What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts while building strong partnerships across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Leading recruitment efforts for assigned positions across multiple business areas
Partnering closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies, including networking, cold calling, social media outreach, and pipeline development
Conducting pre-screen interviews and presenting qualified candidate slates to hiring teams
Supporting workforce development initiatives and talent pipeline strategies
Representing the organization’s employment value proposition and company values throughout the hiring process
Participating in recruiting events, career fairs, and talent networking initiatives
Managing applicant tracking systems and ensuring accurate recruitment documentation
Delivering a positive and engaging onboarding and new hire experience
Ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, labor regulations, HIPAA, ERISA, and other applicable standards
What You Bring
We’re looking for a driven recruiting professional with strong sourcing expertise, relationship-building skills, and a passion for talent strategy.
Required Qualifications
Two- or four-year college degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field — or equivalent professional experience in Talent Acquisition
6+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interviewing
Strong understanding of staffing principles, employment laws, and recruitment processes
Knowledge of U.S. Employment and Labor Laws and their application to recruitment and applicant tracking systems
Experience developing sourcing strategies using online platforms, social media, and networking techniques
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively promote and communicate an organization’s value proposition to candidates
Excellent organizational, time management, negotiation, and customer service skills
Strong work ethic, professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
Ability to travel up to 10–15% as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or technical recruiting environments
Knowledge of regional labor markets and workforce trends
Experience supporting recruitment for highly specialized or technical roles
Exposure to workforce development and employer branding initiatives
Experience working in hybrid or fast-paced corporate recruiting environments
