Role Snapshot

• Job Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Contract
  
• Location: Winston-Salem, NC 27105
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible 8-hour shift (7:00–9:00 AM start / 3:00–5:00 PM end)
  
• Pay Rate: $44.44 per hour
  

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support critical sourcing and contract operations, ensuring data-driven decisions that influence supplier performance, cost savings, and operational success across aviation programs.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will act as a key operational partner to commodity managers and project teams by:

Supply Chain Operations & Analysis

• Manage sourcing activities and contract administration across multiple platforms (SAP, Ariba, Tableau, Power Steering, Dossier)
  
• Extract, validate, and analyze large data sets to support reporting, sourcing decisions, and business cases
  
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide leadership with insights into cost, supplier performance, and project status
  

Project & Process Support

• Support the Approval Change Notice (ACN) process from initiation through completion
  
• Track project milestones, forecasts, and progress within Power Steering
  
• Assist in work transition initiatives, including business cases, risk analysis, and project planning
  

Supplier & Contract Management

• Maintain contract databases and support negotiation preparation (workbooks, analysis, approvals)
  
• Coordinate RFQs and sourcing events through Ariba
  
• Ensure supplier compliance with documentation such as metals declarations, tariffs, and USMCA requirements
  

Data Systems & Tools

• Maintain and analyze data within Parts Sourcing Library (PSL) and contract databases
  
• Utilize SAP to extract and interpret data for cost analysis and reporting
  
• Support Tableau reporting and insights delivery
  
• Assist with blueprint and Xclass data management
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  
• 0–12 months of relevant professional experience
  
• Strong proficiency in:
  
  
  
  • Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
    
  • PowerPoint
    
  
  
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and database querying
  
• Familiarity with SAP and data extraction
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with procurement tools like Ariba and reporting tools like Tableau
  
• Exposure to supply chain analytics, sourcing strategies, or contract management
  
• Ability to interpret supplier proposals and support negotiations
  
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
