Your Role & Impact

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting production readiness through detailed BOM development and process documentation. Your work will ensure manufacturing operations run efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance—laying the foundation for high-quality aerospace products.

This role offers strong growth potential, with opportunities to expand into process design, layout development, and production engineering initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Manufacturing Support & Documentation

• Develop and maintain Manufacturing Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  
• Create detailed process instructions to support production operations
  
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation
  

Process Development & Improvement

• Support the evolution of manufacturing processes and workflows
  
• Contribute to production layout planning, equipment setup, and material handling processes (as role expands)
  

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all processes and procedures meet regulatory and company standards
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and efficiency
  

Collaboration & Execution

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams
  
• Take initiative on assigned projects and deliver results independently
  
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the role grows
  

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering environments
  
• Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and data processing
  
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to manufacturing BOM development and process documentation
  
• Interest or experience in designing manufacturing processes and layouts
  
• Familiarity with aerospace or regulated industries
  
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
