PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to hire detail-driven Assemblers who are ready to play a hands-on role in producing high-quality aerospace components. In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Shifts:
2nd Shift (5x8 Evenings) – Monday-Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
B Shift (4x10 Nights - Modified 2nd Shift) - Monday – Thursday, 3pm-2am
Compensation & Bonus:
Pay Rate: $27.32/hour
Subco Bonus Program – Earn up to $3,000!
$1,000 at 30 days
$1,000 at 60 days
$1,000 at 90 days
Total potential bonus: $3,000
What You’ll Do Every Day
As an Assembler, you’ll work in a cleanroom environment where precision and consistency matter:
Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards
Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment
Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts
Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers
Record, analyze, and report production and quality data
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
Comply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocols
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and production
Support the Operating System and site operational goals
What You Must Have
English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)
Computer literacy
1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)
Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static bracelet
Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time
Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity

Requirements
Ability to pass a drug test including for THC/ Background check
Must be able to provide current non-expired documents of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Persons or U.S. Resident.
